Booking, Payment, and Service Policies

These policies exist to ensure a safe, respectful, and reliable experience for both clients and practitioners. By booking with Lake Powell Mobile Massage, you agree to the following terms.

Reservations and Payment

All Lake Powell and Page-area mobile massage services require advance reservation and full prepayment.

Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

Because this is a travel-based service requiring staff coordination and remote access, walk-in or same-day bookings are not available.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their reservation for a full refund if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

All refunds processed to credit cards may be subject to a 3.5% transaction processing fee, which is non-refundable and charged by third party processors. These fees are not paid to Lake Powell Mobile Massage LLC.


Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation.


Client Conduct and Safety

Sparrow Massage maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.

Sessions may be terminated immediately, without refund, in cases of:

• Client intoxication or impairment
• Harassment, sexual advances, or inappropriate comments
• Aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior
• Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
• Failure to follow practitioner instructions

Our practitioners reserve the right to leave any environment that feels unsafe.


Intoxication Policy

For the safety of both client and practitioner, massage services will not be provided to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or impaired by alcohol or substances.

If a session is canceled or terminated due to intoxication, the booking is non-refundable.


Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Sparrow Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if conditions are unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with professional standards.

Termination of service under these circumstances does not entitle the client to a refund.


Travel and Access Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate location details and ensuring safe, reasonable access to the service area.

Delays caused by inaccurate directions, restricted access, or unsafe docking conditions may result in shortened session time without refund.


Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to service.

Failure to disclose may result in modification or termination of the session without refund.


Agreement to Policies

By submitting a booking request and submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

These policies are subject to change without notice and are effective at the time of booking.
